We ask , in turn, for the people who ask for a price quote, please not to ask for a quote before the house is even built. We only guarantee our freight quotes for 14 days because of everchanging fuel surcharges.

Shipping rates are determined by the amount of  square footage being shipped and the distance. Common carriers usually charge an additional fee of $40-$65 for home delivery. We will be glad to coordinate your shipping needs. Normal delivery by common carriers is 3-5 business days after picking up your order from our 50,000 square foot distribution center

If you decide to return any part of, or your entire order, you would be responsible to pay the *actual original freight charge, the return freight charge, and any applicable restocking fee which usually ranges from 10% to 25% of the order.
